SAFE program provides emergency shelter for pets
The Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) in Port Elizabeth has established the SAFE program to provide emergency shelter for pets. This program is designed to help pet owners who are facing financial hardship or other困难 situations and cannot afford to provide adequate care for their animals.
