Wissa's double guides Brentford to a 2-0 win over Brighton

Bees earn three consecutive clean sheets for the first time in 16 years

Yoane Wissa scored twice as Brentford earned their second Premier League win of the season at the expense of Brighton.

The Bees started the game brightly and took the lead in the 17th minute when Wissa drilled a low shot into the bottom corner.

Brighton had chances to equalise but failed to make the most of them. Brentford doubled their lead in the 62nd minute when Wissa tapped home from close range after good work from Christian Norgaard.

The win moves Brentford up to 11th in the table, while Brighton drop to 16th.
